2025 Nationl T-Shirt Order Form

The 2025 National T-shirt designs are ready, and orders are now open. The cost is $10 for player t-shirts and $15 for parents who want a shirt. Traditionally, all the players wear this shirt as a warm-up before entering the center. For parents, it’s totally up to you. We have made it open due to the many requests last year to make the national t-shirt available.

NOTE: Enter the total # of player and parent t-shirts, then fill in sizes. The size entry will be mixed as orders will be lumped as a family. For example, you want a medium player and medium parent t-shirt. Enter 1 and 1 for Total #, and then enter 2 in the medium section for sizes.

Front design and the back is the team names – white shirt.
