2026 Nationl T-Shirt Order Form

The 2026 National T-shirt designs are ready, and orders are now open. The cost is $15 for parents/siblings who want a shirt. Traditionally, all the players wear this shirt as a warm-up before entering the center. For parents, it’s totally up to you. The club will cover the cost and order a shirt for every player going to nationals. No need to order on that front.

KEY Instruction: Enter the total number of parent t-shirts first, then fill in the sizes. The size entry will be mixed as orders will be lumped as a family.

Front design below and the back is the team names – white shirt.
