Why Choose Wisconsin Elite Volleyball
The Keys To What Sets Us Apart
Club Directors at Practice/Tournaments
Our club directors and assistant director are present at nearly every practice. As a group we value the experience and training of every girl in our gym. No one is here in our gym to just fill a spot. We also work hard in between coaching our own teams to help, support and cheer on our other teams consistently at tournaments.
Regional Teams
We think it is pretty unique that our regional teams get to practice and train against the national teams and players. They are built into practices as we share a gym together. They get to mix into our tournament play and train together when split into positionals.
Systems Based Training
No matter the coach of the team, the practices are consistent and orchestrated top down. Practices are planned by our directors and implremented with demos and then run by coaches, with master coaches then overseeing them. Our coaches are amazing at running high level and fast paced practices. Skills are also taught consistently from 12-18s, no need to hear each season, “but last season my coach taught me to pass this way and not move my feet.”
Positionals at Every Practice
We believe in training players first. Better players make better teams. We push our teams to play at higher levels, then maybe what they should play in or at least stronger tournaments. Thus we feel like we need to elevate and push our players harder to make it to that next level.
Extras For the Girls/Training Style
We invest a lot back into the girls each season. From additional equipment they get to keep (bands, jump ropes, nutrition guides, workout sheets) to extra practices. Workouts pre-practice and unique club nights for the girls. We want them to work hard, but also be a family at the end of the day that pushes each other to the max. Its pretty unique that 150 girls ish at a time are all training together and countless know each other. How many teams know each other cross age ranges and team levels?!
Tough Training
We workout at every practice, we run hills in spring onwards, we push the girls and bring out the best. We aren’t tough to just be tough. We want and do compete at a national level. That level of competition requires sacrifices and a dedication to getting better. The tools are available at our gym and we want girls to delve into them.
